Experience & Service
I work across education, advisory, and civic life, bringing conflict resolution, multilingual communication, and project delivery to each.
This page brings together my professional experience, training, and public service.
Approach
My advisory work rests on the same principle as my teaching: structured dialogue and psychological safety lead to better decisions than hierarchy alone. I combine Harvard principled negotiation, Chris Voss's tactical empathy framework, and structural conflict analysis, and I adapt them to the language and culture of each organisation.
Areas of Advisory
- Negotiation strategy and stakeholder alignment
- Change management and intercultural communication
- International educational development
